We, 149 (Catterick) Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Richmondshire District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 36 Richmond Road, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3JD and known as 149 Fish and Chips. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol on the premises: 1100 to 2130hrs Monday to Saturday and 1200 to 1930hrs Sunday. Interested parties orresponsible authorities wishing to make representationson the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX by The 14th of November 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 8:45am to 4:45pm or on the worldwide web at www.richmondshire.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
