Regulation 22: Further information respecting an Environmental Statement I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been | provided:
On 15 May 2015, Ashton Park Trowbridge Ltd & Persimmon Homes Ltd made an application for planning permission | (Reference Number 15/04736/OUT) to Wiltshire Council for: Outline planning application for Mixed Used Development Comprising: Residential (up to 2,500 | dwellings - Classes C3 & C2); Employment (Class B1, B2, and B8); Two Local Centres (Classes A1 - A5, D1, C2, and C3); Two Primary Schools, One Secondary School, Ecological Visitor Facility, Public Open Space, landscaping and associated highway works. Full planning application for Yarnbrook/West Ashton Relief Road and the access junctions (amended proposal - including revised master plan with re-zoned uses and related infrastructure, and revised relief road details including raised vertical alignment between junctions R1 and R2 to allow for bat underpasses) at: Land south east of Trowbridge Wiltshire. Notice is hereby given that on 3 October 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2010, with amendments 1,2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 and re-enact it in the above Order and to include additional restrictions as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Ashley Road - north side - from a point 57 metres west of its junction with Bath Road for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction; Berryfield Road both sides - from its junction with Sladesbrook for a distance of 38 metres in a north westerly direction; Fitzmaurice Close - both sides - from its junction with Moulton Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction; Highfield Road - both sides -from itsjunction with NewRoad for a distance of10 metresin a south westerlydirection; Highfield Road - south east side - from a point 58 metres south west of its junction with New Road for a distance of 16 metres in a south easterlydirection; Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Waste amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on John Rennie Close, Moulton Drive and Wine Street. A copy of the Order and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 16 October 2017.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 118 (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Paxcroft Way to its junction with Cadbury Close to enable Repair work to be undertaken to surface water sewer headwall following collapse. Alternative route Paxcroft Way - Green Lane -Lyneham Way - Cadby Close and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This closure which follows an emergency notice will come into effect on 16 October 2017 and it is anticipated the work will take five weeks to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given thatthe Wiltshire Council intendsto make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Church Walk, Melksham; from its junction with Canon Square for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to undertake footway reconstruction works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 6 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 15 December 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) C150 (Part), Westrop, Corsham; from its junction with C163 Thingley Top in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 85m covering the area of the rail bridge to enable BB Rail to carry out road level bridge repairs. Alternative route via
C150 Corsham Road - A350 - A4 - B3353 Pickwick Road - C150 Lacock Road/Westrop (unaffected length) and vice
versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00 until 28 October 2017. For further information please contact A-Plant

This Order will come into operation on 18 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 28 October 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon
