Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 16 October 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 118 (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Paxcroft Way to its junction with Cadbury Close to enable Repair work to be undertaken to surface water sewer headwall following collapse. Alternative route Paxcroft Way - Green Lane -Lyneham Way - Cadby Close and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This closure which follows an emergency notice will come into effect on 16 October 2017 and it is anticipated the work will take five weeks to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given thatthe Wiltshire Council intendsto make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Church Walk, Melksham; from its junction with Canon Square for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to undertake footway reconstruction works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 6 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 15 December 2017.
