HANBOROUGH PARISHES) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the order, as a result of the development of land adjacent to the A4095 Witney Road, Hanborough, is to extend the 30mph speed limit westwards by 76 metres, replacing the existing 40mph speed limit by the same amount.

For administrative reasons only the Oxfordshire County Council (Hanborough Parish) (Speed Limits) Order 2010 will be combined with the Oxfordshire County Council (Freeland Parish) (Speed Limits) Order 2001 and both revoked and replaced by this single order. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) by no later than 10 November 2017. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
