Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where thereisnoother form ofaccess; and toallow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A44 Broadway, Stoney Ley, C2235 Wants Green, C2066 Broadway and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 16 October 2017.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Foundry Street, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester: Foundry Street (east side) from its junction with Blockhouse Close for a distance of 43 metres in a southerly direction; (west side) from apoint6metressouth ofitsjunction with Carden Streetfor adistance of22.3 metres in a southerlydirection.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (Various Roads, Holberrow Green) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (B4092 Holberrow Green, Morton Hall Lane, Green Lane, C2261 BoutsLaneand C2052 Mile Post Lane) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 2017

On 28 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effectofwhich will be to updatethe 40mph speed limits on the following lengths ofroads in HolberrowGreen:-

B4092 from a point365 metres north ofits junction with A442 to a point 44 metres east of its junction with C2261 Bouts Lane. Morton Hall Lane from itsjunction with B4092 for adistance of254 metres in a westerly direction. Green Lane for its entire length. C2261 Bouts Lane from its junction with B4092 for a distance of 166.4 metres in a southerly direction. C2052 Mile Post Lane from its junction with B4092 for adistance of62 metres in a northerlydirection. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 October 2017. Proposed Order: to close Footpaths LS-598, Lower Sapey and CT-566, Clifton on Teme for their entire lengths. The Order is being made to facilitate new gravitysewer works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: via Footpaths LS-599, Lower Sapey, CT-562, Clifton on Teme, C2072 HollyBush Lane and vice versa. Theproposed Order will continue in force for aperiod notexceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 7 days commencing on 2 November 2017.

Order made: to close that part of C2209 Station Road Level Crossing, Wadborough from 20 metres either side of level crossing in order to facilitate Network Rail works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and toallow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (23:00hrs - 06:00hrs). Commencing: 14 October 2017.

(B4196 Shrawley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of B4196 Shrawley from its junction with New Inn Lane to its junction with Rectory Lane in order to facilitate footwayreconstruction and kerb replacementworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and toallow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4196 Shrawley, B4196 Astley, B4196 Areley Common, A451 Dunley Road, A451 Dunley, A451 Yarhampton, A451 Stourport Road, A443 Worcester Road, A443 Little Witley, A443 WitleyRoad, B4196 HoltHeath and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 16 October 2017.

(B4636 Newtown Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2017

Order made: to close thatpartofB4636 Newtown Road, Worcester from its junction with B4205 Midland Road to its junction with Sherriff Streetin order to facilitate Network Rail works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and toallow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4205 Midland Road, B4205 Shrub Hill Road, B4637 Tolladine Road, B4637 Middle Hollow Drive, B4638 Woodgreen Drive, B4636 Newtown Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (22:30hrs - 06:00hrs). Commencing: 16 October 2017.

(Footpath BF-529, Bransford)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Order made: to close Footpath BF-529, Bransford for its entire length. The Order is being made to facilitate construction of a garage and landscaping works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: is via A4103, Footpath BF-531, Bransford and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which itis proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 12 October 2017.

(Footpaths WT-505, WT-506 & WT-589 and Bridleways WT-507 & WT-508, Whittington)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Order made: to close Footpaths WT-505, WT-506 & WT-589 and Bridleways WT-507 & WT-508, Whittington for their entire lengths. The Order is being made to facilitate new housing development works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. No alternative route for Footpaths WT-506 &WT-589 Whittington. No alternative route for horse riders and cyclists using Footpath

WT-505 and Bridleways WT-507 &WT-508 Whittington.
