PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Road, Pebworth)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Road, Pebworth from its junction with Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road on to its junction with Station Road in order to facilitate new sewer works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Rd (Worcestershire & Gloucestershire), Stratford Road (Gloucestershire), Campden Road (Warwickshire), Station Road (Warwickshire), C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Rd (Warwickshire) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 25 days Commencing: 16 October 2017.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Henry Street, St. Lawrence Road and Bewdley Lane, Evesham] On 28 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibitwaitingatanytimeon thefollowinglengths and sides of roads in Evesham:-Henry Street (both sides) from its junction with BewdleyLane for adistance of8 metres in anortherly direction. St. Lawrence Road (both sides) from its junction with Bewdley Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. Bewdley Lane (north side) from its junction with Henry Street for a distance of 8 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with St. Lawrence Road for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction and 5 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which providesforcivilenforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwill contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 19 October

2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4SB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
