LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE FOR THE APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENSE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I MATT WHITBY of 57 Milner Road, Heswall, CH60 5RU Have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the Premises known as 168 Telegraph Road, Heswall, CH60 0AH for the following licensable activities:

Nature of Licensable Activity and Days and Hours Requested: Provision of Regulated Entertainment by Live Music: Mon-Sun 12:00-01.00. Provision of Regulated Entertainment by Recorded Music: Mon-Sun 12:00-01:00 Late Night Refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00-01.30 Sale of Alcohol by Retail: Mon-Sun 12:00-01.00

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:30pm except Bank Holidays. Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 13th November 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
