ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - CIRCUS STREET, BRIGHTON

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

(a) The Temporary Prohibition of Southbound Traffic on Circus Street from the junction with Morely Street to the junction with Kingswood Street.
(b) The Temporary suspension of all parking bays on the west side of Circus Street.
(c) The Temporary Prohibition of waiting at any time on the West side of Circus Street for its entire length, approximately 140 metres.

2.The Order is necessary to allow Development Construction works to take place.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained, an alternative route for traffic will be via Grand Parade.
4.This Order comes into force on 10th November 2017 for thirty six months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
