LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DUTTON STREET AND BLACKBURN ROAD, ACCRINGTON, HYNDBURN BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION AND PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (TEMPORARY WEIGHT RESTRICTION) (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING) ORDER 2017
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:- The Lancashire County Council (Dutton Street And Blackburn Road, Accrington, Hyndburn Borough) (Temporary Suspension And Prohibition Of Through Traffic) (Temporary Weight Restriction) (Temporary Suspension And Prohibition Of Waiting) (Temporary Prohibition Of Loading) (Temporary Prohibition Of Loading) Order 2017, is hereby temporarily Amended in that: i. To amend Article 3 as follows: AND FURTHER, during the period of the said closure, motor vehicles will be temporarily limited from waiting on any day for a period of 30 minutes with no return within 1 hour, between the hours of 1000 hours and 1600 hours on the eastern side of Dutton Street from a point 32 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Blackburn Road for a distance of 33 metres in a southerly direction.
