NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49,51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to provide aparking facility to disabled blue badge holders who meet qualifying criteria, the general effect of the above Orders would be to provide designated disabled parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display both avalid disabled blue badge and adedicated disabled permit which would be applicable to each bay,outside the following locations:

134 Blundell Road HA8, 9Bramber Road N12, 1a Sydney Grove NW4, 56 Derwent Avenue EN4, 10 South Road HA8, 12a Woodside Lane N12 (by converting alength of permit holders only parking bay), Grosvenor Court, Grosvenor Road N3, 9Dallas Road NW4 (by converting alength of resident permit holders only parking bay), 9Moorlands Avenue NW7 (in place of Event Day permit holders only parking). Ageneral disabled permit holders only parking bay operational Monday to Friday 8,30am to 5.30pm maximum stay 2hours, no return within 1hour would also be provided outside Approach Dentistry,5The Approach NW4, and ageneral disabled permit holders only parking bay operational Monday to Saturday 7am to 8pm maximum stay 30 minutes, no return within 1hour,would also be provided outside the Royal Mail Sorting Office on Lodge Lane N12.
The Free Order would also remove redundant disabled parking bays outside 57 Summerlee Avenue N2 (to be replaced with permit holders only parking), 33 Burlington Rise EN4, 12 Shaftesbury Avenue EN5, 58 East Crescent N11, 28a Hillview Gardens NW4, 43 Tithe Walk NW7 (to be replaced with permit holders only parking on event days), and on Birley Road N20 between No.2 Birley Road and the rear of 31/33 Totteridge Lane N20. The Order would also extend the existing designated disabled permit holder only parking bay on Great Strand opposite No. 5Dowding
NW9.
In order to accommodate the introduction of 'dropped kerb' vehicle crossovers to enable access to off-street parking facilities, the general effect of the Orders would also be to remove existing parking spaces and replace with yellow line waiting restrictions as follows:

A copy of the proposed Orders, associated plans of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for aperiod of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:
