A Responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above mentioned address. Any written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than Wednesday 15 November 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
