LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is given that Jonathan Campbell has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council on 10th October 2017 (or the grant of a variation to a premises license permitting the sale of alcohol on and off the premises at Define Food & Wine, Chester Road, Sandiway, Cheshire CW8 2NH, during the following periods: Monday-Saturday 9am-10.30pm; Sunday 9am-10pm. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 OBE. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am ta 4.00pm, except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 OBE no later than 7th November 2017, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given ta the Licensing Authority. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
