Notice is hereby given that Samad Nejad has applied in respect of Sam's Convenience Store, 43, St. John's Street, Colchester CO2 7AD, for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: The sale of Alcohol Mon - Sun 07.00 - Midnight. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 6th November 2017, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connections with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
