Application for a licence

I, Anthony David Sinclair Tozer of 57/58 Blackwell Street, Kidderminster, DY10 2EE. Hereby give notice that l have applied to Wyre Forest District Council under the Provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop on 5th October 2017.
