Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH | PG3 PENCOMBE, (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2016 temporarily closing Public Footpath PG3 at OS Grid Reference SO 6077, 5295. The closure is required because of a damaged footbridge. There is no alternate route. Queries on | this proposal may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk. The Order continues in force from 7 October 2017 for a period not exceeding 12 months
(unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
