An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by Samantha Russell for the variation of the Premises Licence issued in respect of:

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence authorised by the current licence for the following licensable activities:

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence by amending / removing operating conditions relating to the reduction of Door Supervisors from 2 to 1 on Fridays and Saturdays in consultation with the Licensing Authority and Wiltshire Police. All other conditions will remain unchanged.

Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 21st October 2017 and 9th November 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
