TINTERN AVE TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (TINTERN AVENUE, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.130) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 24 October 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Tintern Avenue, from Compton Way to Tonge Moor Rd. Alternative route will be signposted. The Order is necessary due to 7 days which will last for approximately resurfacing works and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
