NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Cheshire West & Chester Council on I Ith October 2017 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Manchester Road, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5ND, for provision of late night refresh­ment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. A copy of the application for die grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of: Licensing Team, Cheshire West & Chester Council, 4 Civic Way Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 OBE. The Application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the above address no later than 8th November 2017. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The ucensing Authority will have regarcf to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disor­der, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the pro­tection of children from harm. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
