APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We Northern Underground Trading Ltd of 20 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside,WA1 0BJ, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as The Church, “underground”, 20 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 1BJ as follows:- Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of (A)Plays, (B)Films, (E)Live Music, (F)Recorded Music, (G)Performances of Dance and anything similar to (E),(F) or (G) together with (M) the sale of alcohol for Consumption on the premises only and(I) the provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 09:00 and 02:00, Monday to Sunday. The premises ordinary opening hours are proposed to be 09:00 until 02:30. The premises seek to open for an additional two hours (until 04:00) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays that that are adjacent to bank or Public Holidays and on Bank and Public Holidays, with further additional hours on New Years Eve/ New Years Day. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing and Land Charges Manager,Licensing and Land Charges Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF, or by emailing generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk by not later than close of business on the 25 October 2017.
