THE BOLTON (LOWER KNOTTS, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.145) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 27 October 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Lower Knotts, from a point 85m northwest of Tottington Rd for 100m in an westerly direction. Access to be maintained. The Order is necessary due to culvert repair works which will last for approximately 6 months and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
