NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council acting as agents for Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effects of the Orders which seek to improve the amenity of the area, facilitate the passage of traffic and prevent congestion is to establish loading bays for the use of goods vehicles on the north west side of Watford House Lane south west of its junction with Beechen Grove and to prohibit waiting, loading &unloading elsewhere in Watford House Lane due to its narrow width. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre of Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours from Friday 13 October 2017. Alternatively they may be viewed on the Council's website at www.watford.gov.uk/askparking . Objections to the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made and any other representations must be made in writing quoting reference TRO 824-825 to Andy Smith, Transport &Infrastructure Section Head, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX. Electronic objections &representations can be submitted by email to developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk . The deadline for the receipt of objections is Friday 3November2017.
