THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order proposed under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the whole of Cottingley Terrace at Bradford, in the City of Bradford, as referred to in the Notice published on 27 July 2017 (reference NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/2870), will not be made. The application for the Order has been withdrawn.
