TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/9/1, PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/9/2, PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/6/1 AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.110/8/1, NORTHALLERTON, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2017 NO 377 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath 10.110/9/1, Public Footpath 10.110/9/2, Public Footpath 10.110/6/1 and Public Footpath 10.110/8/1, Northallerton, between grid reference 435816 and 494054 in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 28th October 2017 and 27th April 2018, due to upgrade of the footpath to adoptable standards - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs. Alternative Route: From point of closure at grid reference 435816 proceed along the Springwell Lane bridleway in an Easterly direction. Just beyond the junction with Phoenix Grove, follow the public footpath in a North-Easterly direction to the Applegarth Car Park. Cross the car park in a Noertherly direction and cross the footbridge at the Northern boundary. Continue in a Northerly direction to grid reference 494054.
