Notice is hereby given that Itsu Ltd has applied to LB Merton for a premises licence at Itsu, Unit 3 Wimbledon Bridge House Hartfield Road London SW19 3RU For trie sale by retail of alcohol on and ofl the premises daily 10am to 11pm. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: www.merton.gov.uk or at Licensing, 14th Floor Merton Civic Centre London Road Morden SM4 5DX, tel. 0208 545 3969 by appointment between 10am and 4pm Mon-Fri. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 2 November 2017. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention ol public nuisance and the protection ol children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 3 A LAW
