LICENSING ACT 2003
We, Moos & Boos CIC, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council, as Licensing Authority, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Saracen's Plate, Memorial Ground, Kernick Road, Penryn, TR10 8NT. The application is to licence the retail sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service (West), Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX not later than 2nd November 2017. Representations are public documents under the Data Protection Act. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
