Ryan Low is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Hexagon Board Game Cafe, 18 Lower Middle Street, Taunton.
The Licence is granted to enable the following activities to take place:
- Liquor to be served between the hours of 11:00 and 22:00, Tuesday through Sunday
Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the 'Licensing Manager, The Licensing Team, Taunton Deane Borough Council, Belvedere Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1 HE'. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Team. The application can be viewed by making an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team on (01823) 356343.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is level 5 on the standard scale.
