CYCLE TRACK BETWEEN LYFORD ROAD AND SANDGATE LANE
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 9th October 2017 the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth confirmed as an unopposed Order the following: (referred to as "the Order"):

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 9th October 2017 the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth confirmed as an unopposed Order the following: (referred to as "the Order"):
? The Wandsworth (Lyford Road and Sandgate Lane) Cycle Tracks Order 2017
2. The effect of the Order, as confirmed without modification, is to re-designate the length of segregated cycle track specified in the Schedule to this Notice as an unsegregated cycle track for shared use by cyclists and pedestrians.

3. A copy of the Order and a plan of the location has been deposited in The Customer Centre at The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU and may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Traffic and Engineering division - telephone (020) 8487 5279.

4. The Order will come into force on 12th October 2017 but if any person is aggrieved by the Order, or any provision contained within it, and desires to question its validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers of section 3 of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of regulations made under that section of the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, within 6 weeks of the date of this Notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE
The length of cycle track designated as an "unsegregated" cycle track by the Order is the length of cycle track located within Wandsworth Common, which extends in a south-easterly direction between a point 9 metres south-east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 74 and 76 Lyford Road and a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 16 Sandgate Lane.
