We, Mandy Jayne Hoare & Darren Anthony Hoare, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council, as Licensing Authority, for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Zafiro's, 3 New Bridge Street, Truro, TR1 2AA. The application is to add an additional hour to the terminal hour for all existing licensable activities and opening hours on Friday and Saturday nights inside the premises only, an additional hour to those times when British Summer Time commences on Saturday or Sunday, the removal of two licence conditions and the addition of four others, and the addition of gaming machines on the premises. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service (Central), Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR not later than 21st November 2017. Representations are public documents under the Data Protection Act. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
