PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2013
To whom it may concern I/We Marcus Hill do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at Compass House, Portway, Penarth Marine, Penarth, CF64 1TT known as: Compass Coffee The application is for Late night refreshments 5pm-11pm and the sale of alcohol 9am-11pm Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
