GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSED GLOUCESTERSHIRE BUS LANE ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to revoke and replace the existing Traffic Regulation Orders governing Bus Lanes in Gloucestershire. This is an administrative change to ensure the content of the Traffic Regulation Order reflects current working practices and Council Policy, and provides a consistent
basis for all bus Lanes in the County. This is a largelyadministrative process, although some small changestosome buslane restrictions will be made to bring them in line with current County Policy/practice
1. The Gloucestershire Bus Lane Order 2017 will revoke and replace the following Orders or parts of Orders

2. The Gloucestershire bus lane Order 2017 shall come into operation within 14 days of confirmation and may be cited as the Gloucestershire Bus Lane Order 2017.
