I give notice that The Dales School is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for retrospective planning permission for the replacement of existing 2.9 metre high mesh fencing on western boundary.
In the opinion of the County Planning Authority, the proposal affects the setting of Wesleyan Chapel, Main Street, Morton on Swale, a building which has been listed as of special architectural or historic interest.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 27 October 2017. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
