Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at land at North Yate. I give notice that Heron Land Developments Ltd is applying to South Gloucestershire Council for planning permission to vary Condition 41 of the outline planning consent reference: PK12/1913/0 for housing and mixed use development at land north of Brimsham Park at Yate (the North Yate New Neighbourhood).

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at South Gloucestershire Council Department for Environment and Community Services PO Box 229, Civic Centre, High Street, Bristol, BS15 0DR within 21 days ofthis notice.

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired termofwhich is notless than seven years,or, in thecaseof developmentconsisting ofthewinning or working ofminerals, a person entitled toan interestin a mineral in theland (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
