LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Superclass, 4-5 Campsbourne Parade, Hornsey High Street, London N8 7PR. Notice is given that Salman Cebir has applied to Haringey Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are: To authorise the premises for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 02:00 the day following; Sunday 07:30 to 00:00. On such terms and conditions as specifically set out in the application or as may be agreed. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Team, Level 6, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road.Wood Green, London N22 7TR or by email licensing@haringeygov.uk Representations must be received no later than 27th October 2017. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.haringey.gov.uk. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives, the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
