Notice is hereby given that CB Oddie Ltd has applied in respect of The Odd One Out Public House of 28 Mersea Road, Colchester, CO2 7ET, for a Premises Licence Variation under the Licensing Act 2003 to extend the licence for the sale by retail of alcohol to 24.00 for Monday - Sunday, inclusive. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 27 October 2017 to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at the above address. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to £5000.
