17/1872/FUL/KG: Land Rear Of Summerhill And Northfields, King Edward Road, Shenley. Construction of detached, 2 storey 4 bed house with accommodation within the roof space, associated landscaping, parking and bike store. Reason: Conservation Area in the Green Belt.
17/1893/FUL/BLJ: Land Adjacent To Shenley Mansion Including Grace Avenue, Grace Avenue, Shenley. Installation of electronic entrance gates to the entrance and exit of Grace Avenue with adjoining fence. Erection of new 1.5m high deer fence on part of the NNW-NW boundary. Reason: Conservation Area.
