THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an irregular shaped eastern part width of Crook Road comprising its footway and highway verge adjoining the western boundary of no. 2 Seedfield at Kendal in the Lake District National Park, referred to in the Notice published on 14 April 2016 under reference NATTRAN/NW/S247/2251, will not be made, the application for the order having been withdrawn.
