Application for a new Premises Licence Certificate
To whom it may concern, take note that I, Martin Tilly, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Home Town Salon, 18B Wallingford Street, Wantage OX12 8AX, in respect of the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 12:00-18:00 Monday-Tuesday and 12:00- 21:00 Wednesday- Saturday.

Anyone wishing to object to the application should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 25th October 2017, where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5,000 based on a summary conviction.
