NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA

Regulation No. 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 Application for the designation of the Marston & Wincham Neighbourhood Area Notice is hereby given that Marston Parish Council has applied for a Neighbourhood Area for the purposes of producing a Neighbourhood Plan. The Neighbourhood Area includes the civil parishes of Marston and Wincham.

A copy of the application and a map of the proposed Neighbourhood Area can be viewed during office hours at Northwich Library, Witton Street, Northwich, CW9 5DR. The application documents together with further information about neighbourhood planning are also available on the Council website at: http://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning This information can also be viewed using computers at the Council's libraries and Customer Service Centres, during opening hours. Anyone who wishes to make comments to the Council about the application should make them in writing by 14 November 2017 quoting the reference number NP020.
