WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Link Footpath F30243, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpath F30243, Redditch from its junction with U30453 Shirehampton Close to its junction U30426 Brotherton Avenue in order to facilitate Western Power works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - Footpath F30243, Knightsford Close, U30422 Tynsall Avenue, U30425 Hennals Avenue, U30426 Brotherton Avenue and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days: Commencing: 1 November 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bridley Moor Road, Redditch]
On 21 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:-
Bridley Moor Road (Stub Road) (both sides) from a point 5 metres south of its junction with Bridley Moor Road for a distance of 53 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 October 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:
Breaches Lane (north west side) from a point 9 metres south west of its junction with Ashore Close to a point 11 metres north east of that junction; from a point 6 metres south west of its junction with Brinklow Close to a point 8 metres north east of that junction. Breaches Lane/Frankton Close (north west side) from a point 6 metres south west of its junction with Clifton Close to a point 8 metres north east of that junction. Ashore Close (westside) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 9 metres in a north westerly direction. Brinklow Close (west side) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction. Clifton Close(west side) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 16 metres in a north westerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Frankton Close for a distance of 17 metres in a north westerly direction.

(U3000 Crumpfields Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U3000 Crumpfields Road, Redditch from its junction with C2060 Green Lane to its junction with U3000 Norgrove Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions:to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route:C2060 Green Lane, C2079 Sillins Lane, U3000 Norgrove Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 31 October 2017.
(Batchley Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Batchley Road, Redditch from its junction with Willow Way to its junction with Oak Tree Avenue in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Oak Tree Avenue, Salters Lane, U31068 Foxlydiate Crescent, U31003 Foxlydiate Crescent, WillowWay and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 9 October 2017.
(C2161 Callow Hill Road&Tanyard Lane, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2161 Callow Hill Road & Tanyard Lane, Bromsgrove from its junction with C2161 Coopers Hill to its junction with C2291 Birmingham Road in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternativeroute:C2291 BirminghamRoad, B4120 Bittell Road, U23221 Bittell Lane, C2161 Sandhills Green, C2161 Coopers Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 30 October 2017.
(U23431 Drawbridge Road, Majors Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U23431 Drawbridge Road, Majors Green from its junction with U23426 Haslucks Green Road to its junction with U23433 Peterbrook Road in order to facilitate safety upgrade for bridgeworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23433 Peterbrook Road, U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23426 Haslucks Green Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 42 days Commencing:
30 October 2017.
