An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by Mohammad Emranul Alam to vary the Premises Licence issued in respect of 52 Devizes Road, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 4BG The application seeks the following variation in licensable activities:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises
Sunday to Wednesday 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs Thursday to Saturday 12:00hrs - 04:00hrs
Late Night Refreshment
Thursday to Saturday 23:00hrs - 04:00hrs
Playing of Recorded Music
Sunday to Wednesday 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Thursday to Saturday 12:00hrs - 04:00hrs

Responsible Authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and /or other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between Tuesday 26th September 2017 and Tuesday 24th October 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax] to the Licensing Manager, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, or email licensing@swindon.gov.uk. The full application can be viewed at the above council offices between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs Monday to Friday. It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
