WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Fockbury Mill Lane & Snakes Lake Lane, Worms Ash / Dodford)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Fockbury Mill Lane & Snakes Lake Lane, Worms Ash/Dodford from its junction with Perryfields Road to its junction with Bromsgrove Road in order to facilitate Carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Perryfield Road, A448 Kidderminster Road, Fockbury Road, Cockshutt Lane, Snakes Lake Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 5 October 2017.
(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Limited Waiting on Blackfriars Avenue, Droitwich]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm 2 hours, no return within 1 hour on the following length and side of road in Droitwich:-Blackfriars Avenue (east side) from its junction with Spa Road for a distance of 32 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Droitwich Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, Worcs., WR9 8DQ and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 1 November 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on High Street, Belbroughton]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Belbroughton:-
High Street (north west side) from a point 9 metres north east of its junction with Forge Lane for a distance of 9 metres in a north easterly direction. *NB The Order is proposed to correct an anomaly with the existing Order and will not alter what is currently in situ.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Waverley Crescent, Romsley]
On 21 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect ofwhich will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Romsley:-
Waverley Crescent (south west cul de sac) (south side) from a point 20 metres west of its junction with the main Waverley Crescent for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 October 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order maybe inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(Footpath DW-508, Droitwich)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
Order made: to close Footpath DW-508, Droitwich for its entire length. The Order is being made to facilitate new housing development works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41455 Holly Close, U41454 Maytree Hill, U41417 Primsland Way, U41424 Newland Road and footpath DW-503, Droitwich, and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 4 October 2017.
(C2163 Odnall Lane, Clent) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2163 Odnall Lane, Clent from its junction with C2002 Church Avenue for a distance of 220 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate gas and carriageway works. Exemptions:to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2002 Church Lane, C2003 Bromsgrove Road and Roundabout, C2163 Woodman Lane, C2163 Odnall Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 9 October 2017.
(C2084 Swan Lane, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2084 Swan Lane, Bromsgrove from its junction with Rectory Lane for a distance of 396 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate BT ducting works. Exemptions:to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2084 Swan Lane, A38Worcester Road, A38 Motorway junction, A38 Rashwood Hill, Ford Lane, C2082 Crutch Lane, C2083 Crutch Lane, C2083 Berry Lane, C2084 Swan Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 9 October 2017.
(U21300 Dragoon Fields, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U21300 Dragoon Fields, Bromsgrove from its junction with B4184 Finstall Road to its junction with U21301 Rigby Lane in order to facilitate water connection works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21301 Rigby Lane, B4184 New Road, B4184 Finstall Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 30 October2017.
