Notice is hereby given that I Mohammad Sayyadzad have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Olivera Pizza, 26 Westfield Street, St Helens, WA10 1QF Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: Substitution of approved plan. Amended opening times Mondays to Sundays from 12.00hrs.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 28 October 2017. It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
