Notice is hereby given that Westgate Oxford Alliance Nominee No.1 Limited and Westgate Oxford Alliance Nominee No.2 Limited have jointly made an application to Oxford City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of a Restaurant premises yet to be named and to be situated at Unit RU4, Second Floor, The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford, OX1 1PB.

In summary the application is for a Premises Licence to permit sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00am to 23:00pm, Sunday to Thursday, and 10:00am to 00:30am Friday and Saturday, opening hours from 08:00am to 00:30am Sunday to Thursday, and 08:00am to 01:00am Friday and Saturday, and provision of late night refreshment on and off the premises from 23:00pm to 00:30am Sunday to Thursday, and 23:00pm to 01:00am Friday and Saturday. On New Year’s Eve all permitted hours may continue until the start of hours permitted on New Year’s Day.

The Licensing Register for Oxford City Council Licensing Authority is kept at their Licensing Office at 109 St Aldate’s Chambers, Oxford, OX1 1DS and may be inspected by prior appointment and may also be found on www.oxford.gov.uk/licensing . Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Oxford City Council, St Aldate’s Chambers, 109 St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1DS on or before 26 October 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
