Notice is hereby given that on 27 September 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by LTES LLP, having their Registered Office at St Andrews House, 385 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4BL (“the Partnership”) craving the Court, inter alia, that the Partnership be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 27 September 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to be provisional liquidator of the Partnership with the powers specified in Pts II and III of Sch.4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
