Application has been made by James Convenience Retail Limited to the Licensing Authority of Warrington Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Budgens at 286 Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington, Cheshire, WA13 ORW.The application includes the following terms:-

1 .To extend the per­mitted hours for the sale of alcohol to 06.00 - 23.00 daily.
