MORNINGTON RD TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (MORNINGTON ROAD, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.132) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 9 October 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Mornington Road from Lonsdale Rd to Back Lonsdale Rd. Alternative route will be via Lincoln Rd, Beverly Rd. The Order is necessary due to sewer works which will last for approximately 4 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
