WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Park Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Park Road, Malvern from its junction with B4232 West Malvern Road to its junction with De Walden Road in order to facilitate replacement of street lighting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Park Road, Blackheath Way, Harcourt Road, B4232 West Malvern Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 2 October 2017.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Spring Lane South, Malvern]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths of road in Malvern:-
SpringLaneSouth (both sides)from itsjunction with Sandy's Road for a distance of 20 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
