Notice is hereby given that Francis Yeung has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at 113 Mitcham road, London SW17 9PE called Daddy Bao for New Premises Licence for late night refreshment, supply of alcohol and play recorded music during opening hours from Monday till Sunday every week.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by October 23rd 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
