NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Paul Andrew Harman has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Up Box Trains Ltd (DIGBVS) Unit 8 Clapham Junction Station Overbridge, SW11 2QP for the sale by retail of alcohol off the premises. Monday to Wednesday 06:00 to 23:00hrs, Thursday to Saturday 06:00 to 00:00(midnight) and Sunday 07:00 to 23:00hrs.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 25/10/2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Environmental Services< Public Hearth, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday(except bank holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of the The London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, town Hall, Wandsworth High Street,London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00 pm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being onvicted of such an offence is £5000.
