PROPOSED 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN LOWER MORDEN LANE, MORDEN
The Merton (20 MPH Limit) (No. *) Traffic Order 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above mentioned Order under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a speed limit of 20 miles per hour in the length of Lower Morden Lane that lies between a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 107 and 109 Lower Morden Lane and a point that lies 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 169 and 171 Lower Morden Lane.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during the Council's normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey,

SM4 5DX quoting the reference LOWER MORDEN LANE 20MPH SCHOOL no later than 27 October 2017.
