NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 84 to the Road TrafficRegulationAct 1984 and all other enabling powers. In order to address concerns about speeding, and improve general road safety the general effect of the Order would be to: 1. Introduce amaximum speed limit of 20mph in the streets or length of streets specified

below:

(a) The Ridgeway N11



(b) Park WayN20



(c) Gresham Avenue N20



(d) Bethune Avenue N11 (between its junctions with The Ridgeway N11 and



Park WayN20)

Anyperson wishing to object to the proposed

Order should send awritten statement

explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number BC/001106-03/ SCR190,tothe Design Team, 11th Floor, Highways, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ or via email to traffic.consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
